  • Actionable Insights: To reduce friction and accelerate execution, sellers are provided with clear recommendations that they can execute directly from the interface.

  • Extensible Architecture: As your business grows and your AI ecosystem expands, the architecture seamlessly scales, allowing administrators to onboard new custom workflows, third-party agents, or customer-built agents.

How It Works Under the Hood

The Recommended Actions engine operates with varying behaviors depending on the agents you use. For example:

  • Sales Opportunity Agents and Custom Agents: Provide fully prioritized actions and are charged based on the number of actions the prioritization engine processes.

  • Data Enrichment Agents: Display actions in an easy-to-read carousel. Because these actions bypass the prioritization engine, they do not count toward your capacity usage.
