We are looking for a high-level Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Expert to help our business build and deploy custom agents for our clients. The ideal candidate isn't just a "prompt engineer" you should have deep technical experience within the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem, specifically using Copilot Studio and the new Frontier program features. We are moving beyond simple chat and into autonomous, multi-step agents that can plan and execute work across a client’s entire M365 tenant. Key Responsibilities Agent Development: Build and refine declarative agents using Agent Builder and more complex, logic-heavy agents in Copilot Studio. Frontier Implementation: Configure and extend Copilot Cowork capabilities, including creating custom skills (Markdown-based) to allow Copilot to manage multi-step tasks across Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. App Integration: Integrate Copilot agents with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to allow agents to "read" app data and take actions based on business logic. Knowledge Grounding: Set up sophisticated data grounding using Work IQ, OneDrive, and SharePoint to ensure agents provide accurate, context-aware responses. Security & Governance: Ensure all agents are built following enterprise security standards (e.g., handling sensitive data labels and user permissions correctly). Technical Requirements Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents). Deep understanding of the M365 Copilot Frontier program, specifically Copilot Cowork. Proficiency in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse). Experience with custom skills development for agents (knowledge of YAML/JSON/Markdown for skill manifests). Familiarity with agentic reasoning models (e.g., Anthropic Claude/OpenAI models within the Copilot framework). Bonus Points If You Have: -Experience with the Microsoft Copilot Agent API. -A background in Cybersecurity or Compliance (ensuring agents don't leak data). -Experience building custom Copilot Connectors.
